TeamHealth Acquires Northern Valley Anesthesiology, P.A., and Expands Anesthesia Presence in New Jersey

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TeamHealth has expanded its New Jersey presence through the acquisition of Northern Valley Anesthesiology, P.A. (NVA), and its related entities. TeamHealth recently commenced services at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, N.J., as well as five ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in northern New Jersey where NVA provides comprehensive anesthesia and pain management services through 33 anesthesiologists.
