"Olga will enhance our Tax and Corporate Departments and our reputation as a go-to firm for private equity deals, fund formations, M&A transactions as well as general corporate tax planning," said Jenner & Block Managing Partner Terrence J. Truax. "We are proud that she chose to rejoin our team."
