Taminco Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of Common Stock
ALLENTOWN, Pa., Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Taminco Corporation (NYSE: TAM) (the "Company") announced today that the previously announced public secondary offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of the Company's stockholders priced at a price to the public of $20.00 per share (the "Offering"). In connection with the Offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares. The Offering is expected to close on December 17, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. All of the shares in the Offering are being offered by selling stockholders. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the Offering.
