LONDON, Sept. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Talent Rover, provider of cloud-based software built for managing the entire staffing and recruitment workflow, announced today that the company has named Ian Scott Sales Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). An experienced sales professional with expertise in recruitment technology, CRM and ERP, Scott will expand Talent Rover's presence in the region and grow the London-based sales team.
Talent Rover continues to expand its team to meet growing customer demand in the U.S., EMEA and Asia-Pacific. The company doubled its U.S. team, and plans to triple its London-based EMEA sales team. They will move into a larger office in the Borough district of London on October 1 to accommodate the new associates. Talent Rover also plans to double its Dublin-based customer success team and expand its Hong Kong office in the coming months.
Scott joins Talent Rover with over 25 years of experience in sales and relationship management. Most recently, Scott served as Head of Business Development and Client Management with a U.K. provider of recruitment technology. He developed strategic client relationships with many of the leading global recruitment corporations.
For the last 12 years, Scott has led business development for companies that provide CRM and ERP solutions. He has managed strategic global business partnerships with Microsoft, Sage and other vendors for Oakley Global Business Solutions and QGate Software. He also served on the UK Advisory Board for Microsoft Dynamics and presented on Microsoft roadshows.
Scott began his career in the banking industry and went on to serve as Global Head of Foreign Exchange at Toronto-Dominion Bank. He managed client relationships with central banks, blue chip corporations and global financial institutions in New York, London, Tokyo, Toronto and Singapore. Today, Scott continues to serve as a guest speaker on market practice and ethics in the financial markets for ACI, the Financial Markets Association. He received his B.A. in Business from Anglia Ruskin University.
