The top IT channel leaders included on this list continually drive growth and revenue in their organization through their channel partners.
Each of the 2019 Channel Chiefs has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and commitment to their channel partner programs. Channel Chief honorees are selected by CRN's editorial staff as a result of their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.
The 11 SYNNEX executives are:
Bob Stegner
As Senior Vice President of Marketing for North America, Stegner is responsible for all marketing efforts in the United States and Canada, including oversight of SYNNEX' integration of global technology distributor Westcon-Comstor, which was acquired by the company in 2017. This is the eleventh year Stegner has been honored as a CRN Channel Chief.
Jay Denton
As Vice President and General Manager of Comstor North America, Denton serves as the leader of the Cisco-focused distribution division of SYNNEX for the U.S. and Canada, with responsibility and oversight of functional roles that include business development, services and customer experience, technical sales engineering, marketing and product management.
Willa Flemate
As Vice President of Sales, Flemate aligns custom solutions with partner requirements in a transforming market, managing a sales team that interacts with partners to create solutions that are mutually beneficial to SYNNEX suppliers and integrators.
Eddie Franklin
As Vice President of Sales for SYNNEX, Westcon-Comstor and Public Sector, Franklin focuses on developing SYNNEX' strategy for federal and state/local government, education and regulated industries. Most recently, he has assumed responsibility for Westcon-Comstor sales and the integration of SYNNEX's Technology Solutions Division into Westcon-Comstor.
Steve Jow
As Executive Vice President of Sales, Jow is responsible for all distribution sales across the United States. Since joining SYNNEX in 1990, Jow has held various sales and management positions within the company with an emphasis on managing large format direct marketers, retailers, and outbound VARs.
Rob Moyer
As Senior Vice President of Cloud, Mobility and IoT, Moyer has primary responsibility for the Microsoft, Google and carrier businesses in the U.S., as well as overseeing the strategy for the CLOUDSolv platform and IoT.
Gary Palenbaum
As Executive Vice President of Product Management and SID Sales, Palenbaum is responsible for more than 300 manufacturer relationships as well as cultivating and increasing SYNNEX' growing presence across multiple product categories.
April Petty
As Vice President of Sales, Petty enables resellers across the U.S. by increasing SYNNEX' breadth of purchasing power within the vendor community and works with vendors and partners to expand company reach.
Sandi Stambaugh
As Vice President of Product Management, Stambaugh is responsible for creating, developing and executing strategies and programs that enable partners to effectively deliver the latest offerings in device mobility, digital signage, Professional AV, physical security and collaborative communications.
Andrew Warren
As Senior Vice President of Westcon-Comstor Americas, Warren serves as the U.S. leader of the Westcon-Comstor business and is responsible for the SYNNEX services organization as well as the sales organization serving Comstor, Security and Unified Communications.
Scott Young
As Vice President of Product Management, Young has worked to prepare emerging vendors to successfully launch and grow within the channel and ensure they are part of the solution offered to the reseller community.
