DALLAS, July 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Swank Capital, LLC and Cushing® MLP Asset Management, LP announced today that the 30 members of the Cushing® MLP High Income Index will be rebalanced after the market close on July 8, 2011 as part of normal index operations.
