Both will report to Janet Elkin, President and CEO of Supplemental Health Care and both will serve on the company's Senior Management Team.

Laura Magner's background
In her new role, Magner will work to streamline corporate operational procedures, assist with implementing company-wide training programs, and support the introduction of business lines such as Supplemental Health Care's new Advanced Practice Division. Magner will be based out of the Dayton, Ohio office and will continue to lead operations for the company's local office network comprised of more than 55 offices. She will also provide strategic oversight for its Supplemental Physicians staffing division.
With over 22 years of health care staffing experience, the last eight in a variety of field management roles at Supplemental Health Care, Magner has been instrumental in helping the company continue to grow its industry leading health care business solutions. Most recently Laura served as Vice President of Local Offices where she oversaw all business operations for the firm's national network of local allied and nursing offices. She also provided strategic guidance to support the launch of the company's Physician staffing division.
Magner attended the University of Akron in Ohio and currently resides in Dayton with her husband. She has three children, is a supporter of the local ballet company and is a devoted runner.
Cheryl Wilhelm's background
Wilhelm will lead strategic sales efforts to expand Supplemental Health Care's travel nursing footprint throughout the United States, oversee the compliance standards and financial health of the division, as well as work with facility partners to build custom workforce solutions that meet their patient care demands.

With more than 18 years of professional staffing expertise, Wilhelm understands the dynamics of the staffing industry and the critical role travel nurses play in helping health care facilities maintain efficient operations. In her previous role of three years as Vice President and General Manager of the Travel Nursing Division, Wilhelm oversaw the dedicated Travel Nursing Division which recruits, staffs and manages more than 600 nursing professionals daily nationwide.
In past positions, Wilhelm successfully managed and trained staff on emerging trends while growing division revenue during poor economic times. Her leadership skills were honed as she oversaw management, sales and operations for 18 branches and 14 branch managers with another medical staffing network. Throughout her experience in the industry, Wilhelm has continually achieved quarterly growth while increasing margin points and maintaining quality training and programs for her teams.
A Buffalo native, Wilhelm graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She currently resides in Lancaster and is an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres' fan.
