Sullivan's Steakhouse Introduces New $39 Every Day Pre-Fixe Three-Course Menu

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, March 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Dritsas, executive chef of Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which owns Sullivan's Steakhouse, is pleased to announce that Sullivan's will now be offering an Every Day Pre-Fixe Three-Course  Menu.  This new addition to the dinner menu will provide incredible value and a chance to sample a variety of Sullivan's much-loved classics.  Priced at only $39 per person, the Every Day Pre-Fixe Three-Course Menu will include a choice of starter, soup or salad, and an entree.

Guests will begin with fan favorite starters including Cheesesteak Eggrolls, Chilled Shrimp Cocktail, or Shanghai Style Calamari.  For soups and salads, choices include hearty French Onion Soup, crisp Iceberg Lettuce Wedge, or flavorful Caesar Salad.  Generous entree selections include Filet Medallions and Scampi Style Gulf Shrimp, Garlic Mashed Potato and Bordelaise; a Porcini and Shallot-Crusted New York Strip with Angel Hair Pasta and Wild Mushroom Ragout; Simply Broiled Bay of Fundy Salmon with Grilled Asparagus and Charred Lemon; or Roasted Chicken on a Bed of Warm Couscous tossed with Heirloom Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil, and Honey Grain Mustard Vinaigrette.
