Stream Realty Partners, L.P. Selected by KTR Capital Partners to Lease and Manage Nearly 200,000 Square Feet in Houston, Texas

HOUSTON, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Stream Realty Partners, L.P. has been selected by KTR Capital Partners as the exclusive leasing and management provider for its 192,000 square feet of industrial assets at Interwood Business Center in Houston, Texas.

Interwood Business Center is part of a deed restricted business park with immediate access to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The project is located on John F. Kennedy Boulevard, providing strategic access to the Sam Houston Tollway, Hardy Toll Road, U.S. 59 and Interstate 45. KTR's holdings consist of two industrial buildings with existing build-outs able to cater to a wide range of office, lab and warehouse users.

14430 John F. Kennedy Boulevard (Building One), at the hard corner of John F.
