Vornado Realty Trust Research Report
On November 8, 2013, Vornado Realty Trust (Vornado) announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 866 United Nations Plaza for $200 million. According to the Company, after repaying existing debt and closing costs, the sale of the 360,000 sq. ft. office building in Manhattan, will result in net proceeds of approximately $146 million. The Company stated that the sale, which is expected to be completed in Q4 2013, is subject to customary closing conditions.
