Stay Alfred Opens Entire New Building of 49 New Orleans Vacation Rentals

SPOKANE, Wash. and NEW ORLEANS, June 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The nationwide urban vacation rental firm headquartered in Spokane, Wash., announced the opening of 49 brand new vacation rentals just three blocks from the French Quarter in the historic Factors Row Building on the corner of Carondelet and Perdido Streets.

The 19th-century building, languishing vacant since Hurricane Katrina, maintains the Italiante-style architectural façades and other details that caught impressionist Edgar Degas' eye when he painted A Cotton Office in New Orleans in 1873.

Over 140 years later, the Factors Row building has become home to beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished and equipped vacation rentals including 12 one-bedrooms, 35 two-bedroom rentals, and two three-bedroom penthouses for larger families preferring to stay together.
