One new program includes unveiling the Club branded real estate portal to select area Realtors® last week as part of their beta program. Additional new marketing initiatives include a Renter's Program, Under 50 Program and Club hosted on-site Realtor sales meetings.

The new real estate portal showcases the premier custom estate homes that only St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton can deliver. With the assistance of area Realtors, St. Andrews continues to maintain its exclusive aura and is only available for viewing via the website or a scheduled tour of the Club and its renowned facilities.

The new Renter Program at St. Andrews Country Club allows current members in good standing to lease their home to prospective members who in turn, are able to utilize the Club and its facilities as a member for up to one year. "This program was rolled out in mid June and has already generated significant interest in the real estate community and our first participants take advantage of this opportunity in August," added Craig D. Martin, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, St. Andrews Country Club. "The Renter Program and our Under 50 Program enable us to reach out to potential members by offering initiatives like these that aren't widely available." The Under 50 Program allows new members under 50 years of age to pay a portion of the initiation fee upfront and the remaining substantial initiation fee is spread out over the next five years, interest free.
Martin acknowledged that St. Andrews Country Club embraced a deliberate marketing strategy three years ago, coinciding with his arrival as COO and GM. "The Club has been proactive in avoiding the aging population issues many clubs are facing. For example, during my tenure we have focused on repairs and infrastructure improvements to enhance our facilities, while focusing on the brand messaging we are communicating to prospective members and area Realtors."
