CARROLLTON, Ga., Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Southwire recently introduced new, cutting-edge LED String Lights to the marketplace. The lights launched in mid-October, and the company has already seen a positive response from its customers.
"When designing our new jobsite LED String Lights, we knew that we needed to provide a solution that addressed all of our customers' needs," said Mike Griesi, Southwire's vice president of product management.
Available in 50 and 100 foot lengths, the lights feature LEDs on the top and bottom of the module, giving full jobsite coverage. The lights are IP65 and outdoor rated to protect against the passage of water and dust.
"We've seen a great response from contractors in the field, and initial orders have been very positive," said Nic Saeger, director of marketing for Southwire Tools and Equipment.
The LED String Lights boast a UL 1088, FCC/ICES rating, uncommon for most LED lights in the market, making these a must-have on the job. Daisy-chain these lights together, 20 of the 50 ft. and 10 of the 100 ft., for longer lengths. These lights are also completely integrated LEDs, so no maintenance or bulb replacement is required - saving time, energy and money on the jobsite.
