- As vice president of brand marketing, Amy Hogan is responsible for overall brand strategy for Solera. She brings to the position 20 plus years of consumer marketing experience with a proven track record of building strong, consumer-driven brands and businesses. Amy most recently lead the brand strategy team at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, enabling the organization to move from being only B2B to emotionally connecting with consumers and driving loyalty and purchase interest.
- Mary Ann Tournoux joins Solera as vice president of client services and has spent more than 30 years in business development management and health plan leadership. Most recently, she was senior vice president/chief marketing officer at Health Alliance Plan, leading strategy, sales, marketing and product development. She also served in similar roles at health plans in Illinois and Ohio. As a recognized industry leader, Mary Ann has served as the vice chairman of the Board of Health Plan Alliance, a national association of regional, provider owned health plans, where she also formerly chaired the membership committee.
- Jill Michal, senior vice president, digital and community networks, comes to Solera from Independence Blue Cross where she was vice president of business transformation. There she was charged with creating a new organizational department to lead cross-functional business imperatives and accountable for the development of a three-year road map to implement roughly 30 unique projects, including the development of shared service functions, business model reorganizations, robotics, business automation and process improvement, and provider and member experience enhancements.
- Matt Presley joins Solera as strategic accounts vice president after 15 years with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he oversaw key relationships with large national accounts. In this role, Matt focused on strategy, client retention, and business-to-business expansion efforts in the central U.S.
