SOCMA Announces National Chemical Safety Symposium Hosted by ChemStewards®

Experts to Discuss Process and Occupational Safety

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Given the chemical industry's increasing emphasis on safety, the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA) ChemStewards® Program is hosting the National Chemical Safety Symposium, May 22, 2013, in Houston, TX, where national and local authorities will discuss the latest trends and methodologies in process and occupational safety. ChemStewards, SOCMA's environmental, health, safety and security program (EHS&S), assists chemical companies in optimizing their performance and creating a safe and secure manufacturing environment.
