Post Predictions is a new capability in MessageOptics 2.0, the latest version of SocialCode's award-winning social analytics tool, released this week in beta. It empowers brands to understand and improve the effectiveness of their organic content and make smarter content and amplification investments across major social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Message Optics 2.0 solves a major challenge for large brands and agencies that are engaging increasingly in real-time marketing: Which are the best posts to amplify with paid media? Which combinations of creative and paid media will create the greatest lift to achieve a brand's reach and engagement goals? Instead of relying on arbitrary editorial schedules or gut instinct, marketers now can apply science to make better content and advertising decisions, and better understand ROI.

The MessageOptics 2.0 dashboard presents the Post Predictions reach and engagement estimate in the form of a band, with upper and lower limits (see graph). Predictions are frozen twelve hours after going live or once a post is promoted with advertising, whichever comes first. Predictions are generated for both Impressions and Storied Engagements (Likes, Shares, Comments).
Direct Response Insights
MessageOptics 2.0 also introduces more robust insights for direct response (DR) marketers, with reporting against key metrics like cost per action (CPA), revenue and Return on Ad Spend (RoAS). A new paid conversion score also is available for direct-response marketers who use Facebook conversion pixels.
Facebook Comment Insights
MessageOptics 2.0 also introduces comment analysis for Facebook, enabling users to identify which members of the Facebook community are most vocal about their brand. And with sentiment scores attached to each comment, users can identify brand ambassadors and brand antagonists, and take appropriate action.
