Highest Velocity Trail Mix Brand Launches New Package Design and Six New Flavors To Meet Consumer Needs
CHICAGO, Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Century Snacks' Snak Club® brand, the highest velocity trail mix in the convenience channel per IRI data for the last 52 weeks ending Sept. 3, 2017, will showcase new packaging and six new products at the 2017 National Association of Convenience Show (NACS).
Snak Club's new packaging ranked #1 among designs tested in a third-party consumer survey conducted by MAi Research. Trail mix consumers preferred Snak Club's new packaging more than two times the packaging of key competitors tested. The new bag has a resealable zipper and highlights key nutritional purchase criteria such as the protein and fiber content, the absence of artificial ingredients, and non-GMO and gluten free attributes on both the front and back of the package.
Snak Club will also unveil six new on-trend snack mix innovations at NACS that will launch in November. Seventy-seven percent of trail mix consumers surveyed by MAi Research indicated that they would definitely or probably purchase each of these new products: Tropical Coco-Mango Nut Mix, Chocolate Coconut Nut Mix, Omega Fruit & Nut Mix, Sweet & Salty Poppin' Nuts, Honey Bliss Nut Mix and Southwestern Snack Mix.
