Scott R. Ehrlich, Former General Counsel of Deluxe, Boosts Firm's Brand as Hollywood Dealmakers

LOS ANGELES, May 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sklar Kirsh LLP announced today that Scott R. Ehrlich has joined the Firm as a Partner. Ehrlich previously served as General Counsel of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group for nearly nine years.

Ehrlich stated that while, at his core, he's a corporate M&A and finance specialist, the dozens of high-stakes, post-production and new distribution technology deals he handled at Deluxe gave him a strong familiarity with the major media and entertainment companies and the many different sectors of the entertainment business, including new media. He added that he and partner Michael Rosner, the former General Counsel of Relativity Media, "together give the Firm a great capacity to take on industry-related corporate and commercial transactions."
