COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- White Castle is honoring 62 new team members from nine states as part of this year's 25-Year Club class. Founder E.W. "Billy" Ingram began the 25-Year Club in 1946 when he celebrated his silver anniversary with the family-owned business.

For the past 67 years, including 2013, 1,736 White Castle team members have earned this distinctive honor.
The "Class of 2013" includes 14 team members from Chicago, Ill., and 14 from New York, N.Y., the largest regional contingencies on the list. Seven more work in Columbus, Ohio, six in Cincinnati, four in Louisville, Ky, three in Detroit, Mich., three in Indianapolis, Ind., St. Louis, Miss., Minneapolis, Minn. and the state of New Jersey and one in Dayton, Ohio and Cleveland, Ohio, respectively.

White Castle is honoring all 25-Year Club inductees at its annual meeting September 19, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio. The company pays for all incoming members' travel, hotel accommodations and special meals. All inductees receive a tour of the White Castle Home Office and PSB Company facility.
All 62 inductees will be treated to a limousine ride to a banquet celebration where they will receive a 25-Year Club watch from CEO Bill Ingram. This banquet will be attended by local team and active 25-Year Clubs members and company executives.
The team members hold a wide variety of positions, ranging from general managers, area supervisors, crew managers and team members who have remained loyal to White Castle and dedicated to serving customers in the restaurants for the past quarter century.
