SingleHop Appoints Hosting Industry Veteran Mark Cravotta to Vice President of Products & Services Position

CHICAGO, May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SingleHop, a global leader in highly automated dedicated servers, cloud computing, and infrastructure-as-a-service, announced today the appointment of Mark Cravotta to the post of Vice President of Products & Services.

In his new position Mr. Cravotta will own the SingleHop product lifecycles through all phases, from conceptualization to market. This style of product management requires considerable collaboration with internal SingleHop resources. All channels of SingleHop's industry-leading service will also be managed by Mr. Cravotta including the company's 24/7/365 tech support. He will enforce SingleHop's customer bill of rights and maintain communications transparency to ensure service standards are met.

He previously worked at Tier 3 as Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales where he led several initiatives to increase global market share for the company's cloud-based services. Before Tier 3 he spent three years as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Sales Engineering at DataPipe, an IT managed services firm.

Mr. Cravotta received his Bachelor's of Science in engineering from the United States Military Academy and his MBA from the Charleston Southern University. He also served as a Captain in the United States Army for five years.
