SimpleTire.com results were impressive! Customers rated SimpleTire with an overall score of 76. It is an extremely high rating for an ecommerce company, or any company for that matter.
When compared against other companies in the automotive industry, there are few that even come close. For instance, these manufacturers received scores as follows: Ford: 28, Mercedes-Benz: 39, Honda: 49 and Harley Davidson: 52.
This NPS rating by SimpleTires' customers explains the year over year doubling in sales growth they are experiencing. Customers are finding it to be a better tire buying experience thanks to aggressive pricing, the largest selection of tires, and an optimized ecommerce website. The Net Promoter Score is calculated based on responses to a single question: How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague? The scoring for this answer is most often based on a 0 to 10 scale.
