Siemens Enterprise Communications' Patrick Kehoe Named 2012 CRN Channel Chief
Kehoe recognized for Go Forward! Partner Program innovation and growth
RESTON, Va., Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Siemens Enterprise Communications announced today that Patrick Kehoe, Senior Vice President responsible for business partner programs globally, has been named one of CRN's 2012 Channel Chiefs. This prestigious list of the most influential and powerful leaders in the IT channel recognizes those executives directly responsible for driving channel sales and growth within their organization, while evangelizing and defending the importance of the channel throughout the entire IT Industry.
Kehoe was chosen by CRN as one of its Channel Chiefs specifically for his partner accomplishments in the past year. Most notably, Kehoe has been recognized for improving the Go Forward! Partner Program by placing a greater focus on specialization, driving a more collaborative partnering model and helping to grow the channel business in North America by 58 percent year over year.
In addition, a number of new and enhanced offerings have been rolled out for partners over the past year, including OpenScape Cloud Solutions, a wholesale offering to new and existing channel partners. OpenScape Cloud Solutions includes a suite of services that are packaged and managed and include the availability of white label options, as well as the ability for partners to integrate calling plans and additional services.
In rolling out this solution to partners, Kehoe and his team provide Siemens Enterprise Communications partners with a wealth of demand generation materials and sales enablement tools to enable them to promote and effectively sell these solutions.
For the ninth consecutive year, Channel Chiefs were selected by the CRN editorial team based on channel experience, program innovations, channel-driven revenue and public support for the importance of IT Channel Sales.
"We are pleased that Patrick has been recognized as a CRN 2012 Channel Chief," said Chris Hummel, CMO and President, North America, Siemens Enterprise Communications. "We are privileged to have Patrick leading our channel. His dedication to our partners has resulted in improvements to our Go Forward! Partner Program, and real growth in our channel business."
