DALLAS, Aug. 26 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Elephant Auto Insurance, the official auto and property insurance partner of FC Dallas, invites local students to show their FC Dallas spirit for the chance to win a VIP meet and greet with an FC Dallas player, along with a grand prize donation for their school!
To be entered into the contest, all eligible students (grades K-8) need to submit a 2D visual art piece that shows their FC Dallas spirit, along with a brief statement. Ten finalists will be selected and invited to the FC Dallas home match on September 10th against their division rival, the Colorado Rapids. Fans, friends and family of the finalists are encouraged to stop by the Elephant's tent on match day to see all of the artwork on display. In addition, one grand prize winner will receive an exclusive VIP meet and greet with an FC Dallas player, and a $1,500 donation to the winners' art program courtesy of Elephant Auto Insurance.
For a chance to enter, contestants should remember the following:
- Students must be in grades K-8 to be eligible to participate in the contest
- Contest submission must be a 2D visual art piece showing your FC Dallas spirit (drawing, painting, or photograph)
- Art piece must also include a brief statement
- Entry deadline is Friday, September 2, 2016
