Forbes partnered with market research company Statista, the world's leading provider of rankings and large-scale polling, to measure up the leading start-up employers around the country, analyzing more than seven million data points to arrive at their final rankings. The three main aspects of each company that were assessed during the evaluation include employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
After evaluating an initial pool of more than 10,000 qualified start-ups in the United States, Forbes winnowed the list down to a ranking of 500 U.S.-based start-ups. Sezzle was ranked as the #29 best start-up employer in the U.S.
