The ServiceNow Partner Certification Program aims to provide partners with the tools they need to grow their businesses exponentially. The program allows current and prospective partners to become ServiceNow Certified Professionals based on their ServiceNow implementation success, expertise with the ServiceNow platform as a service (PaaS), and customer satisfaction. The program is synonymous with the company's aggressive growth strategy as outlined at its recent Knowledge11 Partner Summit.
"ServiceNow partners are well positioned to benefit from the incredible growth opportunity in cloud services. The ServiceNow Partner Certification Program provides tools our partners require to deliver customer success," said John McNamara, ServiceNow global partner marketing manager. "Our partners are not just selling ServiceNow as a tool; they are building an entire business platform on ServiceNow cloud services. We value that level of expertise and want to provide those partners a chance to stand out from the crowd and take on more business."
Mike Beale, Managing Director at TeamUltra, said, "We see SaaS becoming essential to businesses wanting rapid time to value and immediate tangible benefits. ServiceNow is a big part of our business and our partnership has allowed us to work with some of the most prestigious names in the industry. The ServiceNow Partner Certification Program will allow us to provide customers with exceptional service and a focused approach to business growth."
To support the new Partner Certification Program, ServiceNow is providing new curriculum through a dedicated training team. Jon Lloyd, ServiceNow director of global learning, is managing the new curriculum and built similar programs at Macromedia, Adobe and Websense.
The program made its debut at ServiceNow Knowledge11, the company's recent user conference, where dozens of partners took the new ServiceNow system administrator certification test. The ServiceNow admin certification, as well as several ServiceNow training courses, is now available multiple times monthly in various locations around the world.
