SeeUnity Mobile for iPhone Enhances Enterprise Content Mobility

DENVER, Feb. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SeeUnity is pleased to announce the immediate availability of SeeUnity Mobile for iPhone.  SeeUnity Mobile mobilizes Enterprise Content Management (ECM) through the iPhone, and complements the recently released iPad version. Using SeeUnity Mobile for iPhone, eDOCS and SharePoint users can easily browse, search, access, and download content for offline viewing – all from the iPhone.

With secure connectivity (leveraging WiFi, or G and EDGE telecommunications), iPhone users can easily access one or many repositories. Critical user functions are preserved, including browsing, searching and accessing documents and metadata. Documents can be opened in compatible iPhone apps of choice.

Microsoft SharePoint and OpenText eDOCS are supported for use with SeeUnity. SeeUnity Mobile is available for the Apple iPhone and iPad, with support for additional ECM systems and devices to follow.

Free Evaluation and Full Version Requirements

A free evaluation version of SeeUnity Mobile for iPhone is available online at the iTunes store. The iPad version, which offers greater ability to edit and upload content, is also available for free evaluation online at the iTunes store. The evaluation versions include all of the features of the full versions, while limiting access to SeeUnity demo servers. The full version of SeeUnity Mobile for iPhone requires licensing of eDOCS or SharePoint systems, and enterprise licensing of SeeUnity's Mobile Server.
