Securus has invested over $10M in infrastructure, people and processes in order to deliver proactive system monitoring and outage detection to provide uninterrupted service to our customers. Securus' NOC is located in Dallas, Texas and is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 52 weeks per year with its own highly trained technical staff. The NOC provides constant monitoring and management of the Securus centralized data centers where telephone call and video visitation processing, and related investigative services platforms, are housed. The NOC is able to detect and respond to issues in our High Availability (HA) Server and redundant storage infrastructure, often before service to customers is impacted.
The Securus NOC is the key asset in managing our $100M investment in fault tolerant, high availability, carrier class equipment & solutions. Solutions from world-class companies like EMC, Dell and Oracle are deployed to deliver Securus service platforms. Those solutions are designed with redundant power, High Availability (HA) Servers and Multiple Nodes with N+1 redundancy.
