The project reflects the demand for premium office space by international and domestic corporations in the Greater Seattle area, the fastest growing large city in the U.S. The Southport Project is in Renton, WA, centrally located between Seattle, the City of Bellevue and SeaTac Airport, serving 37.4 million annual visitors.
