Screenvision Adds TV Veterans To Sales And Marketing Team
- Reinforces Commitment to Align with TV Buying Process -

NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Screenvision, a national leader in cinema advertising sales, today announced the addition of three executives with deep expertise in TV advertising sales and marketing. These additions mark a total of 12 consecutive senior hires from television, further strengthening the company's strategy to align its cinema advertising process with that of television buying. Making Screenvision easier to plan, buy and execute, the company also introduced cinema advertising programs that align with TV, including offering demo guarantees for Upfront advertisers, and being the only cinema advertising company to provide third-party verification of advertising campaigns through Nielsen.
Joining Screenvision's executive sales team are: Leslie Wheeler, Vice President of Midwest/Chicago; JC Kawalec, Vice President of the Western Region; and joining the marketing team is Craig Coleman, Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketing. They follow in the footsteps of current Screenvision senior sales executives who made the move from TV to cinema, Jim Tricarico, Chief Revenue Officer from Nickelodeon and Katy Loria, SVP National Advertising Sales from Viacom.

Leslie Wheeler
Wheeler has more than 11 years of advertising sales experience in roles at Viacom. Based in Chicago, Wheeler worked in previous positions with MTV Music Group and Viacom Kids and Family Group, consisting of VH1, Nickelodeon, Nicktoons, Nick Jr., among others.
In her new role, Wheeler will serve as the VP of Midwest for Advertising Sales. Wheeler holds a degree from University of Iowa and resides in Riverside, IL.
JC Kawalec
Kawalec has more than 20 years of experience in the media business, both on the agency side as a national television buyer and in the advertising sales divisions of several media companies. Most recently, Kawalec held the Vice President, Western Region Advertising Sales position for DIRECTV, where he successfully launched interactive advertising solutions, cinema sponsorships, integrated sports programs and addressable advertising. Prior to DIRECTV, Kawalec held positions with Nickelodeon, 20th Television, Initiative Media, among others.
At Screenvision, Kawalec will be responsible for National Ad Sales in the Western Region. He earned a degree from the University of Houston and resides in Manhattan Beach, CA.
Craig Coleman
Coleman joins Screenvision after three years as Vice President of Partnership Marketing for NBCUniversal's Integrated Media group, where he oversaw the development and implementation of integrated ad sales marketing programs. Prior to NBCUniversal, Coleman served as the Director of Marketing at Nicktoons Network, spearheading the launch of the network's five most successful properties.
In his new position, Coleman will be collaborating with the Sales team to develop creative and forward-thinking marketing solutions for Screenvision's advertisers. He earned his degree from the University of Connecticut and resides in Darien, CT.
