We have a blend of local and international talents including Lenny Kravitz and Kravitz Design, Sam Nazarian and his first-rate lifestyle hotel and hospitality company, sbe, along with local architect McIntosh Poris, Rockford Construction's national expertise from its Detroit office and financing led by Detroit based Chemical Bank.
