NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sadis & Goldberg LLP is investigating allegations that Privilege Wealth Management, PLC and its affiliate Privilege Direct are engaged in a global investment fraud in offering investors 12% annual returns to invest in a "low risk," "insured" strategy of providing "cash" or "payday loans" to high-risk U.S. borrowers.  A well-known publication has alleged that Privilege Wealth's investment scheme has no substance and is simply a vehicle to swindle investors. 

Privilege Wealth's actions raise several red flags suggesting fraud.  According to report, a Privilege Wealth's principals are primarily conflicted executives who have been involved in prior alleged investment schemes and securities law violations, including Brett Jolly, Minette Compson, Gordon Casey, Andrew Gaudet, Steve Dewsnip, Mark Munnelly, and Andrew Sweeney.  In addition, Privilege Wealth has reportedly used a placement agent who falsely represented to a potential investor that Barclays Bank had used its own funds to invest in Privilege Wealth through a Helix Privilege Wealth Bond, and has caused other fund managers to make false statements touting Privilege Wealth's merits. It has also been reported Principal Direct's address cannot be confirmed, and Privilege Wealth's listed principal address is only a "virtual office" near Heathrow Airport.
