Ryerson Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
CHICAGO, Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ryerson Holding Corporation ("Ryerson"), one of North America's largest processors and distributors of metals, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The selling stockholders named in the registration statement have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares in connection with the offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 8, 2014 under the ticker symbol "RYI."
