Rural Sourcing Inc. Appoints McKinsey HR Veteran Michelle Jarrard to its Board of Directors

ATLANTA, Nov. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rural Sourcing Inc. (RSI), a leading domestic IT sourcing company focused on cost-effective onshore software development and support, today announced the appointment of Michelle Jarrard to its Board of Directors.

Jarrard is a director of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm that serves leading businesses, governments, nongovernmental organizations, and not-for-profits. During her tenure at McKinsey & Company, Jarrard was a client service partner focused on helping clients identify and implement operations improvements and subsequently served as the Firm's Global CHRO, leading its global human resource functions including recruiting, training, benefits, and workforce planning, metrics and risk management. She also served on the firm's operating committee and was appointed to oversee worldwide operations. Outside of work, Jarrard has had a lifelong interest in community service and currently serves on the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Operating Board and the Georgia Tech Foundation Board of Trustees.
