RouteOne Helped Dealers Manage Compliance And Grow Online Channels In 2013
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- RouteOne announced today a summary of key products and features released for its dealer and finance source customers in 2013. Significant developments include compliance and security upgrades, the enhancement of key credit application platform features, and the launch of a new online consumer credit application. Additionally, more than 1,000 finance sources are now available through the RouteOne platform.
"We had a great year," said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO. "With the help of our dealer and finance source customers, RouteOne has continued to develop meaningful products that positively impact the way our customers conduct business. This past year, the industry dealt with complex compliance burdens, and RouteOne was able to help its customers manage compliance with tools like IDOne and Compliance Dashboard. At the same time, we helped dealers innovate with new tools to capture leads and credit applications from consumers online. We take customer input to heart, and these efforts were heavily influenced by the feedback we received."
Key developments in 2013 included:
- Online shopping tools such as FinanceConnect, an online consumer credit application that may be customized by dealers, allowing them to compete in the increasingly crowded digital market, as well as support for similar OEM online retail applications
- Compliance tools, such as the User Compliance Dashboard, which allows for the monitoring of compliance activity across all users in a dealership, with the ability to drill down to a specific deal if desired
- Security upgrades, including password reset and machine authentication activity to help protect dealership data
- eContracting enhancements to support 4,000 RouteOne dealer customers who booked more than 700,000 contracts in 2013
Additionally, RouteOne continued to educate dealers and finance sources through a series of bi-monthly webinars focusing on security, compliance, and basic training on the RouteOne platform. This complimentary webinar series will continue through 2014.
