HARRISBURG, Pa., May 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Riverview Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: RIVE) today declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share for the second quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable June 28, 2019 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2019.
Brett D. Fulk, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, "We are pleased to declare a dividend for the second quarter of 2019 which represents an annualized yield of 3.6% based on the closing price of our stock on the dividend declaration date.
