The first deployment of the new partnership is currently taking place at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, where Red Touch Media debuted both Sound City music download kiosks and a Sound City Webstore. Both systems enable fans and event attendees to easily access content that they are experiencing in a relevant and familiar environment both online and in person. Following the Sundance Film Festival, the Sound City branded kiosks and webstore will be available during Sound City festivals in New York, Liverpool and additional cities in the near future.
"We could not be more excited to become the official technology provider for Sound City," said Wayne Scholes, President and CEO of Red Touch Media. "This is groundbreaking for both companies, because we are now able to provide a more relevant content connection experience to Sound City's audience. Fans in the audience at Sound City festivals can now go directly to the branded kiosks and access the content they are seeing and hearing, or download the content directly from their mobile device."
The Sound City webstore (http://soundcitystore.com) is a full-service e-Store where consumers can purchase music from artists performing at Sound City's music festivals, exclusive live tracks and other cutting edge music curated by Sound City's organizers. The webstore is currently available in both the United States and United Kingdom and also offers content from some of the great up-and-coming talent of Liverpool, including the Tea Street Band and Silent Sleep - two of the indie bands currently being featured.
"Through this agreement we are now able to deliver content that is relevant for the fans in real-time, and it reflects the experience they are currently going through," said David Pichilingi, President of Sound City International. "In addition to helping distribute music, Red Touch Media's technology is also able to help deliver information and messaging to the Sound City audience such as band line-ups, schedules and exclusive content directly into the shopping carts of our users. This is a great bonus feature that our festival attendees will absolutely benefit from."

NBC Universal, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Warner Music Group, EMI and HDNet are some of the companies Red Touch Media has most recently worked with.
