CHICAGO, Sept. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Global negotiation training and consulting firm RED BEAR is delighted to welcome Bryan Miller to the key role of Chief Revenue Officer, where he will employ his extensive experience, insights and industry contacts to drive the strategic sales efforts of the business.
Bryan is a senior leader with over 22 years of sales and leadership experience working at some of the most prestigious talent development and advisory firms in the world. Over the course of his career he has held key roles in both private and publicly traded companies ranging from entrepreneurial, high-growth ventures, to large Fortune 1000 enterprises. He is recognized as a thought leader in the field of sales strategy execution and his work has been featured in CEBs' The Challenger Sale. Prior to joining RED BEAR, Bryan spent 13 years at BayGroup International in a succession of expanding sales and sales leadership roles, culminating with overseeing the firm's expansion into Europe where he served as SVP and Managing Director for EMEA. In addition, he played a key role on the leadership team where he led sales efforts around BayGroup's entire suite of negotiation solutions now offered through RED BEAR.
Following BayGroup, Bryan spent four years with Korn Ferry International where he launched and led the firm's global sales talent advisory practice. He also served as Chief Sales Officer for smart recruitment tech firm, StartMonday where he led the launch and expansion of the company's global sales force and participated in the firms IPO. Most recently, Bryan served as SVP of Sales for talent analytics firm, Caliper where he was responsible for developing and implementing a sales turnaround strategy to return the company to profitable growth. In his capacity as RED BEAR's Chief Revenue Officer, Bryan will be responsible for all revenue generating activities and leading the growth and expansion of sales efforts globally.
"I am thrilled to join RED BEAR during this exciting period of growth," notes Mr. Miller, who further states, "the firm's history of producing measurable results, proven behavior change, along with the rich, research-based IP that stands behind the RED BEAR platform puts the firm in a strong position to be the 'go to' resource for companies who struggle with maximizing the profitability of the agreements their people create.
I'm truly looking forward to leading RED BEAR's growth and continuing the great legacy started by BayGroup International of improving the profitability and shareholder value of our clients by transforming their people into world-class negotiators. I view negotiation as a critical skill set that a wide number of major organizations are placing increased focus on, and feel certain we can quickly deliver meaningful solutions and results to them all."
RED BEAR founder and CEO Chad Mulligan comments, "One of my important criteria in building this company has been to ensure we attract quality talent. With Bryan onboard, I feel we have achieved an important milestone with his appointment. He is a valued and talented individual filling one of our most critical roles.
