Rapid Fire Marketing Updates CannaCig Progress
CARSON CITY, Nev., March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapid Fire Marketing (OTC Pink: RFMK) announced today that the final prototype of the new CannaCig has undergone testing on numerous fronts. After vigorous trials with the medical marijuana community in California a working prototype of what amounts to the Generation 2 CannaCig is complete. The final steps are being taken for manufacturing of the product researched and designed by RFMK along with Otherside Health. The CannaCig will be unique in offering a package that addresses many needs found in today's market. This will include the CannaCig device along with a variety of batteries, cartridge options and back-ups, tools for working with the active agents, storage containers along with the best technology in power supply and recharging devices to date. The complete set of everything one would need for a device will be bundled in a package that rivals all others. The CannaCig Generation 2 will have an excellent appearance, high-end graphics, and quality backed by the strictest product standards. RFMK and Otherside Health are a step ahead of the industry, and remain so, by staying current with all marijuana laws in all states to emerging technology in this new sector of technology.
Over the last two weeks, Prototypes of the new Generation 2 have been filled with actual medical cannabis and tested by state card carrying medical marijuana patients. These qualified patients include a man that suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, a woman with breast cancer, two patients with acute pain, a diabetic, an individual suffering from insomnia and an HIV patient. Otherside Health Management reports every single patient who tested the device had also tested other products slightly similar to the CannaCig and all felt strongly that the new CannaCig Generation 2 is the best unit they have ever used which included each pointing out the unit's discrete look and working medication. Trials finished with every patient inquiring about pre-orders for the Generation 2 CannaCig.
A leading problem with small vapor devices is the stability of the active agent used. This can cause leaking while in use and when carried during travel. The second is the potency of the product and it working to deliver the proper amount of cannabis to be effective. Research and development of different active agents have been made in the search for the perfect medium to be used in the device and a final product has been approved. This product is of the highest-grade cannabis available and has been tested by the Strain Genius Laboratory for purity, strength, THC and CBD percentages, pesticides and medicinal properties. Testing results will be announced as soon as they are finished and will be available for viewing on the Strain Genius website under the product label P.I.R.D. The method behind this process is being trademarked and results will be announced when received. The final product is stable before, during and after use with no leaking onto the lip, pocket or carrying compartment. It has also been proven to be among the most potent active agents to be recorded in the industry.
During the testing of the device it was found to be useful in a wide range of environments from restaurants and metro to the street and inside of retail stores. This brought forth a new opportunity for the CannaCig and follow on brands at the retail level. These devices now have preorder requests from retail shops outside of the medical marijuana sector which would be sold minus the active ingredient. After purchasing the device from a retailer, the patient would use an active ingredient of choice from their local medical marijuana cooperative, or self made agents. This would enable sales of the device to a wider demographic of outlets and would also allow for online sales of the device. This would also make the device available to a worldwide market. Websites are under construction for the CannaCig and follow-on brands which will be launched soon to handle information, online merchant accounts for sales of the units and a descriptive F.A.Q. to further educate people on the purpose and possibilities of this device.
All branding as well as the CannaCig logo have been completed and approved by Otherside Health Management along with Rapid Fire Marketing. The final stages of branding, packaging, marketing and a viral presence will be capped off by the release of the device to outlets including medical marijuana collectives, smoke shops, retail stores and online markets including our own website. This will allow not only distribution on a wholesale level but the chance to capitalize on retail mark up.
"We have decided pushing products into the market just for the sake of having distribution begin was not good enough. For a product to truly launch properly it must be backed by the presence of competent branding. It must also be a quality product that works the first time, every time, with results better than anything before it," said Mike Amezquita, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing. "We decided that testing and establishing an evaluation with actual patients would ensure this while not hindering the progress towards our distribution goals. I feel confident we are fulfilling our objectives and even surpassing our own expectations. We are going to have the best product on the market which will ensure a substantial sales pipeline going forward. With Otherside's advice we have decided to ensure this is done right by having our branding and marketing strategy in place before the product goes on shelves," Amezquita said.
"There are a lot of considerations to take into account for a new product roll-out. Branding and marketing have to be set up first before one goes into distribution of a new product; especially one revolving around such a trend setting idea in the wake of a billion dollar industry. There is also an issue to address with every unit in the market that exists at this time both with potency and the stabilization of the active agent. Both had to be resolved before these units could see distribution and I am happy to have reached a truly perfect working result," said Judah Neiditch of Otherside Health Management. "Otherside Health Management has always stood 'for patients and by patients.' Being this product is going to be used in the industry we had to make ensure its success by solving the problems that plague other products of this nature. I started as a shareholder who wanted the best for this company along with the rest of us who believe in RFMK and its product. I am also a care giver who cares enough to make sure what he gives is a quality product on all levels. We want the best device available and are going to treat our device as such. We can do a lot better if we take it step by step and go through the proper protocol to reach our goals, and then exceed them. I have spent many years looking forward to this device and am excited to see its arrival," Neiditch said.
