Rapid Fire Marketing Files for Trademark; CannaCig Shipping to Dispensaries throughout California in March
CARSON CITY, Nev., March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapid Fire Marketing (OTC Pink: RFMK) announced today that the Company has filed a federal trademark with a global trademark option for "Cannabis Vapor Inhaler" (CVI) system. This will be the name used when relating to the device itself. Current products including the CannaCig, and products under development will be protected under the trademark and names such as CannaCig will be used as a moniker in reference to make and model. A trademark was filed for the CannaCig in January but now that the Company and Otherside Health Management are developing additional products, the trademark for the device itself is necessary to protect current and future products. RFMK and Otherside Health Management are developing new names to be used for upcoming products. Additional trademarks will be filed as needed from this point on.
Rapid Fire Marketing and Otherside Health Management are in the process of filling additional orders for the CannaCig to be in dispensaries throughout California in March. Photos of the product on shelves will be forthcoming. Additionally, orders and enquires continue to come in from abroad and when all the legal aspects are worked through, shipping abroad will commence.
Rapid Fire Marketing and Otherside Health Management are working on a full rollout of a viral and global marketing effort for the CannaCig and follow-on products. Websites, social media, street marketing, new marketing tactics, and celebrity endorsements are all part of the planed global marketing effort. The first celebrity endorsed limited edition CannaCigs will be announced soon.
"The first thing we needed to do in our contract with Otherside Health Management is the trademark to ensure our products are protected. We have received the Basic Trademark Search and it looks good for the trademark of the Cannabis Vapor Inhaler (CVI)," said Mike Amezquita, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing. "Our other top priority this week is to get the CannaCigs out to dispensaries throughout California during the month of March. This is a big job and we are working hard to fill all the orders. Enquiries and orders are still coming in and when we have all orders filled, we will post the numbers," Amezquita concluded.
"A large aspect of what we are doing is marketing in a way that is going to be all inclusive and will be very contemporary in fashion. We are leveraging Outside Health Management's marketing and celebrity connections for a full, all out marketing campaign which we are putting together right now," Amezquita concluded.
