Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® Launches Second Annual Furever Home Donation Program to Support and Raise Awareness of Animal Rescue
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- October is National Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, and Super premium pet food brand, Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® announced today that it will celebrate this month-long event with a special donation campaign entitled, the Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® Furever Home Donation Program. This promotional program is designed to raise awareness of animal rescue and help shelter pets find the homes they deserve, while offering consumers an opportunity to spur donations from the brand to support animal rescue efforts.
During the month of October, for every "share" or "like" of Facebook® or Instagram® posts supporting the Rachael Ray Nutrish Furever Home Donation Program, the brand will donate one dollar to be evenly divided between two animal organizations, up to a maximum total donation of $100,000. The two organizations that will be supported are Big Dog Ranch Rescue, the largest no-kill dog rescue in the Southeastern United States located in Loxahatchee, Florida; and North Shore Animal League America, the world's largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization.
