RAAM Global Energy Company Hires New Chief Operating Officer

LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kenneth Young has recently joined RAAM Global Energy Company as its Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Young has previously held various management positions with independent oil and gas companies in Houston, TX.  RAAM Global Energy's subsidiary companies, Century Exploration Houston, Century Exploration New Orleans and Century Exploration Resources will now report to Mr. Young. 

Jerry L. Sheets has recently joined RAAM Global Energy Company as its Sr. Vice President of Land and Business Development.  Mr. Sheets has previously held various management positions with independent oil and gas companies in Houston.  Mr. Sheets will focus on new venture opportunities for the company.
