Quadratec, Inc. Launches 'Energize The Environment' Grant Program

WEST CHESTER, Pa., April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- At a time when it seems our environment is under assault from all directions, Quadratec Inc., a worldwide leader in the Jeep® aftermarket industry, is excited to announce its Energize The Environment Grant program designed to empower those looking to save our streams, trees and land.

The Quadratec Cares Energize The Environment grant, a twice-yearly $3,500 cash award, is open to any United States resident who has a love for all things environmental, and is pursuing a program or initiative designed to benefit the environment.

"Quadratec is eager to reward outstanding individuals or organizations for their efforts in environmental action," said Quadratec President John Stewart. "Our Energize The Environment Grant program is one way we can show our appreciation and, at the same time, provide a helping hand to those who strive to improve our surroundings."

Interested candidates are asked to submit an essay between 1000-1600 words that paints a picture of who they are, what drives and inspires them, what they are looking to accomplish, and how they plan to apply Quadratec's Energize The Environment grant to their project.

Some examples of these projects could be:

• Trail building or restoration
• Park beautification events
• Litter prevention initiatives
• Earth Study missions
• Sustainable Land Management activities
• Community environmental educational projects
• Youth educational engagement events

A specially selected Quadratec committee will review all eligible submissions and choose one deserving recipient each grant term. Entries must be received by June 30 for fall projects, or October 31 for spring. Winners will be notified via email and announced through social media and news articles.
