SentiMeter provides a brand reputation score on a scale of 1 to 10 by classifying online opinions into categories such as positive, neutral or negative. Scores are given in real time and based on the last 90 days of online conversation. SentiMeter's data covers more than 500,000 brands and provides hard data for organizations seeking to track their online reputations.
