AUCKLAND, New Zealand and REDMOND, Wash., Oct. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, 'Pushpay' or 'the Company'), the leading payments and engagement provider to the US faith sector, announced updates to their product portfolio today, including new partner integrations and custom giving statements—an enhancement designed to empower financial professionals to share giving updates with donors and members for any custom date range throughout the year.
"Our customers are getting ready for one of their busiest time of year, and we're focused on giving them tools they can use to be successful," said Josh Robb, vice president of product and engineering at Pushpay. "We've conducted hundreds of interviews with customers and prospects to learn how we can improve and make their jobs easier, faster, and as simple as possible."
Expanded Software Integrations
Pushpay has a broad portfolio of integrations in the market, and the company is expanding their list of partners even further with the fall product launch. The company's integrations are designed to help customers push and pull data between systems they are already using. The integrations help create simple workflows for users and ensures that if a church switches church management systems in the future, Pushpay is most likely already integrated with the new vendor.
"We believe that our customers should have greater access and choice when it comes to their data," said Chris Heaslip, CEO and co-founder at Pushpay. "Unlike some other SaaS providers who hold data hostage as a customer retention strategy, we want to make it as seamless as possible for customers to harness the power of their data across a variety of platforms to best suit their individual needs. That's why we are so excited about our integrations and platform partnerships. We're committed to making it as simple as possible for our customers to focus on what they do best—helping their communities, their members, and their missions grow."
The company's latest integration partner is TouchPoint—an enterprise church management solution designed to empower churches to help leaders grow disciples and streamline processes that support ministry.
The October release comes on the heels of recent integrations including Focus Missions, a leading mission trip platform. Today's announcement increases the number of supported platforms at Pushpay to 22.
Custom Giving Statements
The company also announced a new feature called custom giving statements. Until now, giving statements were focused on tax season, helping members understand their giving totals ahead of tax deadlines. With the company's fall product launch, Pushpay is enabling users to create and distribute giving statements at any point throughout the year.
"After switching, we saved 300 operational hours a year. Less time managing financial transactions means more time to devote to other important ministry causes," said Steve Murray, senior pastor at Real Life Church. "It means fewer long days for team members. It means less stress for key behind-the-scenes church servants. Pushpay made things so much simpler, cleaner, and easier."
