AVENTURA, Fla., Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen as Principal, have been granted a full vertical building permit, enabling Privé at Island Estates to rise on the exclusive 8-acre island located in Dumfoundling Bay between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.
Recently ranked No. 14 on Elite Traveler's "Most Desired Ultra-Luxury Residential Developments in the World" (and No. 1 in Florida), the twin luxury towers' design partners architecture by renowned Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, landscape architecture by EGS2, and interior design by Interiors by Steven G. Privé broke ground in June of this year and is presently on the second level of construction following completion of foundations.

The full vertical building permit marks the latest of several advances for the developers of the one-of-a-kind, luxury real estate project located on South Florida's last private island. Bonded Construction has progressed into its fifth month, led by Suffolk Construction, a national builder as the project's bonded General Contractor.
Privé at Island Estates will offer a total of 160 ultra-luxury residences ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet in select penthouse units. Residences will include private elevator entry, flow-through floor plans with 10-foot glass on both eastern and western exposures, 10-foot deep balconies, expansive east/west water views throughout, European kitchens and bathrooms, as well as outdoor summer kitchens.
First-class, resort-style amenities and services include a 10,000 square-foot gym and spa in each tower, private dining and social rooms, pool-side café, wine and cigar rooms, kids rooms, tennis court, two pools, marina, private pier, nature trail, private beach, jogging path, full-time concierge, and 24-hour gated and roving security for the privately bridged island.
