RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- PRA International, a leading Clinical Research Organization, will host a webinar on establishing value for diagnostics and biomarkers in a real-life setting on 23 February 2010 at 11:30 a.m. (EST).
