PR News Names Kaiser Permanente a Top Place to Work in PR and a Digital PR Team of the Year
The Health Care Organization Also Receives PR Platinum and Digital PR Awards
OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- PR News has named Kaiser Permanente a 2010 Digital Public Relations Team of the Year and as a Top Place to Work in PR. The organization also won a PR Platinum Award for Best Editorial/Op-Ed, and a Digital PR Award for Best Blog.
PR News' awards showcase and recognize the best practices in the PR industry and are among the highest accolades in the public relations field. Hundreds of PR professionals celebrated the winners at two ceremonies in New York City.

Kaiser Permanente Northern California was also honored with a PR Platinum Award in the Editorial/Op-Ed Category for "Talking Health Care and the Bottom Line with Business Decision-Makers."
Additionally, Kaiser Permanente won honorable mentions in the PR Platinum Award Green PR category for its "Kaiser Permanente EatingWell in Season; Elevating Kaiser Permanente's Leadership in Sustainable Food" campaign, and in the PR Platinum Award Research and Measurement category for its corporate-wide traditional media analysis program.
The PR News' Digital PR Awards and PR Platinum Awards are recognized among the industry's top honors in the public relations-communications digital space, showcasing outstanding digital initiatives among corporations, agencies and nonprofit organizations. The awards programs draw more than 1,000 entries each year and highlight some of the best practices in the PR profession.
