DANBURY, Conn., Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of an ambitious new program and strategic initiatives aimed at providing even higher levels of customer service while reinventing how global relocation services are delivered in the industry, Cartus Corporation, a leading provider of global relocation services, has appointed four of its senior vice presidents to the company's executive team while naming a fifth to a newly created senior vice president position.

The new appointments to the executive team include:
Mike Brannan, based in the company's Chicago offices, has been named senior vice president for Global Supply Chain Management. A 28-year Cartus employee, Brannan will lead the Cartus Global Network and focus on optimizing supplier service delivery in markets around the world. In addition to leading the intercultural, language and consulting solutions practice areas, as well as international assignment compensation services, Brannan has extensive experience in account management and the administration of global clients. He is a recipient of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) Meritorious Award and has served on that organization's Industry Advisory Council.
A key executive at the company's Danbury, Connecticut headquarters, Bill Wilson has been named senior vice president, operations – Americas. Wilson will focus on Cartus' service delivery to transferring employees. A Cartus employee for more than 20 years, he has led the company's successful development of both Relocation Accounting Services and International Assignment Compensation Services, establishing global service delivery teams and related technologies. Wilson serves on the boards of directors of the American Red Cross and the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce.
Michelle Vallejo, who works in the company's Dallas offices, will become senior vice president, account management – Americas. Her focus will be understanding and delivering on the global mobility needs of Cartus clients while building exceptional client relationships. With more than 25 years of experience in the relocation industry, she holds the SCRP and GMS designations from Worldwide ERC and has held several positions with ERC including member of the Board of Directors, Finance Committee, and U.S. Advisory Council. She has also served as president of the North Texas Relocation Council.
Bob Olmsted has been selected to lead strategic initiatives across Cartus in support of the company's growth and improve efficiencies in client service delivery. Based in the company's Danbury, Connecticut offices, Olmsted is senior vice president, customer finance, and will continue to lead the customer finance team for Cartus. A Cartus employee for 22 years, he has held numerous positions within the company: from client services, to global supplier relations and operations, to managing the military market moves for the company.
Separately, Cartus announced that Kathi Feczko will assume the newly created position of senior vice president, business development – Americas. Based in the company's Dallas offices, Feczko will be responsible for leading the Americas' sales teams. Since joining Cartus more than 20 years ago, she has held positions in Client Services, Real Estate Services, Human Resources, and Affinity Services. Feczko most recently led the Cartus Central Region, which doubled in size under her tenure and was also voted by employees, in a Dallas Business Journal survey, as one of Dallas/Ft. Worth's "Top Ten Best Places to Work" for three consecutive years.
