As chief administrative officer of the Mid-Atlantic States Region for Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation's leading healthcare brands, Carrie Harris-Muller oversees strategic planning, communications, government programs, community benefit, human resources and health plan service administration.  Previously, Carrie held senior leadership positions with several prominent health care organizations including SelectCare, Inc., CIGNA HealthCare and the Henry Ford Health System.  Harris-Muller earned a B.S. degree from Madonna College, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University.
