Available now only at petco.com/drseuss and at Petco and Unleashed by Petco stores nationwide beginning today. The new collection features an assortment of fantastical dog and cat products inspired by some of Dr. Seuss's most popular children's books.
"We're thrilled to introduce the new Dr. Seuss Pet Fans Collection to our customers," said Rebecca Frechette, Senior Vice President, Merchandising for Petco. "These timeless characters have been loved by generations of children and adults. Now we can all share them with our furry family members, too!"
"Theodor Seuss Geisel ("Dr. Seuss") was an animal lover so this partnership is especially meaningful to Dr. Seuss Enterprises," said Susan Brandt, President of Dr. Seuss Enterprises, Licensing and Marketing. "This holiday line of pet products is sure to delight cats and dogs and deliver hours of good fun!"
The exclusive Dr. Seuss Pet Fans Collection, which ranges in price from $5 to $10, gives cats and dogs the chance to play with their favorite Dr. Seuss characters. Meanwhile, pups can chase after the iconic Cat in the Hat toy and dress up as the Grinch's trusted sidekick Max with a festive Horn Headpiece.
For pet parents who want to give their dogs a complete Dr. Seuss makeover, Petco's grooming salons will be offering a Dr. Seuss spa package beginning November 27. The spa package features custom shampoo and conditioner, a scented spritz, fashion pawlish and a special Dr. Seuss accessory. Pet parents are encouraged to share their Seuss-inspired pet makeovers online using the hashtag #DrSeussPets.
Additionally, this Black Friday Petco stores nationwide will be offering a Seuss-erific gift for pet parents and their pets.
